Sherri M Guarnieri and all those whom choose to aid her in a malignant and heinous smear campaign against Galina Kurdina:

CEASE AND DESIST ALL DEFAMATION OF GALINA KURDINA’S CHARACTER AND REPUTATION.

I, Galina Kurdina, have learned that you have engaged in spreading false, destructive, and defamatory libel and slander about me. Under American and Canadian laws, it is unlawful to engage in defamation of another’s character and reputation.

Sherri, your defamatory statements involved:

I demanded Sherri’s medical records in full disclosure
I demanded them before Sherri’s court hearing
I collected data of targeted individuals
I am not human rights activist
I involved Sherri Guarnieri in our struggle with NSA agent Karen Stewart
Sherri Guarnieri called attempts of ICATOR board to collect donations for examinations of targeted individuals, victims of cybertorture, in order to detect and prove electromagnetic attacks upon them, criminal
My another name is Katserikova Galina Ivanovna
Many other lies that will take too much time to mention

I have never bullied or attacked Sherri Guarnieri. It was Ms. Guarnieri, who found me on the Internet and bragged in her letters that she had a lot of proofs of her targeting. I asked her to provide other Tis with names and requisites of her doctors, if it was possible at that moment. Guarnieri distorted my request for doctor’s names and their email addresses, and invented libel that I demanded her medical records in full disclosure before court ruling. It was Sherri Guarnieri, who started stalking me with this libel over the Internet.

After that, Ms. Guarnieri involved Karen Stewart in these attacks upon me. Nobody involved Sherri in any struggle, in fact, it was she, who involved Karen Stewart in this smear campaign against me. Even Stewart on her Facebook pages admits that she did not want to intervene with Sherri’s fight, but Sherri actually forced her to do it.

The true exchange of emails between me and Ms. Guarnieri was published on web page https://organizationofmindcontrolvictims.com/email-letters-between-galina-kurdina-and-sherri-guarnieri. The purpose of publishing is to expose the truth about Sherri. I did not have any other choice, but to publish email correspondence between us in order to defend myself from slander and libel, stalking and harassment by Sherri Guarnieri.

Now, Ms Guarnieri demands removal of all website information about her on the basis that it defames her. This information definitely harms Ms. Guarnieri, but the truth is that this information is her own words and her own email letters. Ms. Guarnieri has nobody to blame, except herself, that her own words reveal her real face and harm her reputation, if she has any. The only reason to remove information about her from the website will be her public apology, since her smear and harassment of me is proven, and truth about her is exposed.

In February 2021, Ms Guarnieri started spreading new libel that my another name is Katserikova Galina Ivanovna. Sherri wrote as if there was information on WikiLeaks, where name of Katserikova Galina Ivanovna was published with my email address helenkurdin@yahoo.ca in 2011. My claims that I have never had such a name, never knew this lady and my demand to send me a link to this page or any proof of it Ms Guarnieri left without attention. Of course, if a person’s email address is published with another name for unknown reasons, it does not mean that this person has two names or something like that, and adult woman Ms Guarnieri plays a fool, when she is pretending that she does not understand these simple things. Anyway, Ms. Guarnieri is spreading the new portion of malignant lies about me now.

Sherri calls my work to collect and memorialize names of victims of fascist mind control experiments data collection. There are no words to describe audacity, cynicism and shamelessness of this woman.

I reserve my right to publish new exchanges of email letters between me and Sherri Guarnieri in order to further prove her libel and stalking of me.

In addition, I reserve my right to publish group emails, where Ms. Guarnieri brazenly threatens and intimidates members of ICATOR group, calling their attempts to collect money for examinations of targeted individuals criminal. Sherri is perfectly aware that board members of ICATOR direct this money exclusively to pay for tests that may help prove electromagnetic attacks upon victims and for no other reasons, but Ms. Guarnieri has no moral barriers and calls their efforts criminal.

I informed Sherri Guarnieri many times that all her claims are outrageous, malignant, disgusting libel and slander WITHOUT ANY PROOFS OR EVIDENCES.

Accordingly, I demand that you, Sherri Guarnieri, and all those involved in this smear campaign, who will be named as Julianne McKinney, Karen Stewart and any others, who chose to cause me harm due to perpetrated lies, immediately cease and desist their unlawful defamation of my character and reputation.

If you do not comply with this cease and desist demand immediately, I am entitled to pursue all available legal remedies. Your liability and exposure under such legal action may be considerable.

Before taking these steps, however, I wished to give you one opportunity to discontinue your illegal conduct by complying with this demand immediately.

Marica Bandera and all those whom choose to aid her in a malignant and heinous smear campaign against Galina Kurdina:

You are hereby directed to

CEASE AND DESIST ALL DEFAMATION OF GALINA KURDINA’S CHARACTER AND REPUTATION.

I, Galina Kurdina, am a respected activist in the TI community (community of targeted individuals). I have spent more than 10 years serving the TI community and building a positive reputation. I have learned that you have engaged in spreading false, destructive, and defamatory libel and slander about me.

Under Canadian laws, it is unlawful to engage in defamation of another’s character and reputation.

Your defamatory statements involved:

I and my former husband were KGB agents
I became a defector, who left Russia for Britain
I came to Britain as a tourist, and asked there for asylum
I was interrogated by British secret police, they promised to help me stay in Britain, that is why I shared with them KGB secrets.
After that, British intelligence communicated KGB and informed them about my betrayal
British intelligence sent me to Canada in order to get rid of me
I arrived at Canada and was interrogated by Canadian intelligence
I asked you to borrow money for me
I said to you that I saw online posts that I borrowed money from other people and did not pay back
I discussed with you intimate details about my family
I proclaimed myself a leader of Canadian Tis
I hear voice of my ex-husband in my head 24/7
Other lies that will take too much time and place to mention

Some of these false statements are contained in text messages between you and Karen Melton Stewart. Stewart posted these messages on her Facebook page Perps and Nutcases and in her Twitter account RamolasSphincter (@RobertSau) that was deleted by Twitter, because of multitude of insults and extremely rude, low and vulgar language. Stewart revealed your initials M.B. on this Facebook page. These initials and content of the messages point, most likely, to you, Marica Bandera. For example, you wrote in the messages that I told other Targeted Individuals that you were an agent, working for secret police in your native country. The only person about whom I really told other TIs that she confessed to me that she had worked in secret police in her native country somewhere in Eastern Europe (in Slovakia or Slovenia) was you, Marica Bandera. You were expelled from our group (Organization of victims of Psychotronic Weapons) for you bad, destructive behavior and provocations many years ago, around 2013-2014.

I inform you, Marica, that all these claims are outrageous, malignant, disgusting libel and slander WITHOUT ANY PROOFS OR EVIDENCES. I have never ever told you anything like this. First of all, I have never had any connections with any secret service in the world, because of my deep ideological convictions. I did not reveal any state or security secrets, it was just impossible: I did not have access to them and did not know any. I divorced with my husband more than 30 years ago, and he died many years ago. He was not a KGB agent, when we were married, as well. I have never ever been to Britain, never even crossed its border. I have never been interrogated by British or Canadian intelligence. I have never asked you to lend me money. I have never borrowed money from other people in my entire life without return, and I do not owe anybody any money. I have never seen online posts that I borrowed from other people and did not pay them back. I have never heard voice of ex-husband in my head. I have never proclaimed myself a leader of anything. I have never ever told you any of these things. You CONCOCT and SPREAD defamation, and this is a crime.

Accordingly, I demand that you, Marica Bandera, and any others, involved in this smear campaign, who chose to cause me harm due to perpetrated lies, immediately cease and desist your unlawful defamation of my character and reputation.

If you do not comply with this cease and desist demand immediately, I am entitled to request an investigation and to pursue all available legal remedies. Your liability and exposure under such legal action may be considerable.

Before taking these steps, however, I wished to give you one opportunity to discontinue your illegal conduct by complying with this demand immediately.

Ms. Karen Melton Stewart

NSA agent Karen Melton Stewart and all those whom choose to aid her in a malignant and heinous smear campaign against Galina Kurdina:

You are hereby directed to

CEASE AND DESIST ALL DEFAMATION OF GALINA KURDINA’S CHARACTER AND REPUTATION.

Under American and Canadian laws, it is unlawful to engage in defamation of another’s character and reputation.

Your defamatory statements involved:

I and my husband were KGB agents

Some of these false statements are contained in text messages between you, government agent Karen Stewart, and unknown Canadian female, who claims that she knows me personally. Stewart posted these messages on her Facebook page Perps and Nutcases and in her Twitter account RamolasSphincter (@RobertSau). I demanded name of this person, who allegedly wrote this libel to Stewart, but Stewart never said it to the TI community. It means that, most likely, Stewart invented all this lie and organized these slanderous messages by herself, or it may be that other government agents helped her concoct this thread of lies, but not real TIs for sure. Anyway, if Stewart does not reveal name of this unknown Canadian female, who allegedly wrote these text messages to her, it means that she takes full responsibility for this libel and slander. Stewart SPREADS defamation, and this is a crime.

I have a guess that this person, who libeled me in these text messages, may be Marica Bandera, but I am not sure 100%, since there are many discrepancies between what this unknown liar wrote to Stewart and what actually happened many years ago. But there is one thing that makes me think that it was Bandera. This unknown Canadian female writes in the messages that I told other people in our group that she was an agent, working for secret police in her native country. The only person, about whom I really told other TIs that she confessed to me that she had worked in secret police in her native country somewhere in Eastern Europe (in Slovakia or Slovenia) was Marica Bandera. Government agent Stewart backed up Guarnieri and attacked me. Stewart insulted, bullied and libeled me and other Tis with incredibly low and vulgar language. She was not alone, there were other people, who helped Stewart in this vicious attacks on me.

Accordingly, I demand that you, Karen Stewart, and all those involved in this smear campaign who will be named as Julianne McKinney, Maria/Marica Bandera, Sherri M Guarnieri, and any others, who chose to cause me harm due to perpetrated lies, immediately cease and desist your unlawful defamation of my character and reputation.
